  Secretary could not give me address to work shop. Only one contact person (Carlo)that you can talk you. Took one week of phone calls to shop and Carlo's mobile, text messages and emails for anyone to contact me just to put an order through. When finally contacted with text message and only conversed via text messaging not phone call or email. Requested email of requirements that I had already sent via email 4 days prior. Without confirming delivery date that I needed blind buy, Carlo called me the following day to place the order... At which point I had already contact "the blind factory", confirmed order and date of delivery fully paid for with in 30min. in a much more professional manor. Moral of the story is get your act together as people need customer service and that get their jobs done, not time wasters like this company Lidi blinds.
